Outfit of The Day: Layering For Fall

As it is starting to get cooler in Toronto, I notice that I have been reaching for cardigans and long sleeves shirts to wear more and more. Although fall might signal the end of summer, it does not have to signal an end of cute outfits. In fact, transitioning into your fall wardrobe can be really fun, especially when putting together different looks and layering.

Considering that I really like to layer, I figured that in this post I can show you how I achieve a comfortable yet chic look for the fall by layering away.

I first start out with a Club Monaco tank top, which sits quite loosely on my body.

I then add a navy sheer horizontal stripped long sleeve shirt (Club Monaco) on top of the tank top. I make sure that the grey tank top below is showing underneath the shirt in order to emphasize the layered look I am trying to achieve.

Next, I decide to add a scarf.
This camel colored scarf will be my accessory for the day, as I will not be wearing any necklaces or jewellery. I also like how my scarf hides my hair, giving me a faux bob.

I then put on my Free People cardigan to complete my layered look.

The last item that is added to my outfit is my Longchamp bag. I love my Longchamp bag and I go almost everywhere with it. It's perfect for a day out and looks really cute with this outfit!

I hope you enjoyed my layered look for fall!
