Highlights Of My Week: Beauty, Shopping & Fashion

  This has been an incredibly busy week. I'm sure most of you guys can relate, especially with Halloween and everything else going on in life. Now that this week is over, I would like to share some of the highlights with you all.

  One of my fall outfits was showcased this week on the blog. I really love this outfit. It's super cute, comfortable and casual. I feel ready for Fall when I walk around in this outfit and I can't wait to re-create many more looks around it.

  I went shopping at Ikea this weekend to pick up a few items. Boy do I love shopping at Ikea, for the great designs and prices. I also love the set up of the store and the way everything is arranged. There is truly an art to this store that does not always get acknowledged. Even the way the pillows are displayed in the picture above is so beautiful and creative. Oh, Ikea.

  Since Fall has been around for a couple of weeks, I decided to switch things up and pull out a bright pink nail polish by Essie called Watermelon. I really adore this polish color. It's really bright on my nails and reminds me of a warmer time. (I am not a fan of the cold). If you are interested in bright pinks, you should definitely check it out.

  I didn't have a scary outfit this Halloween, but I spent the day changing my hair to an ombre style and I added a deep purple color to my lips. The color is called Train bleu by NARS. It's a bit intense, but I love it. What do you think?
