I have often wondered why the shape of my lipstick looks so
different from some of my friends- very flat at the top, completely losing shape from when I initially purchased it. The
more I would ask around, I discovered that some of my friends (not all) had lipsticks
that looked differently from the original lipstick shape that they purchased it
as. This made me even more curious and I
began to question, “why couldn’t my lipstick hold its original shape” and “was
I applying my lipstick wrong all this time?”
Well, after poking around online for a while and doing some
research I found out that there is an actual explanation as to why lipstick
shapes are different for everyone and apparently the way you apply your
lipstick on says a lot about your personality.
According to the chart above, if your lipstick shape is one of the following it means the following things about your personality:
If your lipstick is slanted but close to the original shape:
- You are a rule follower
- You’re a bit self-conscious
- You are reserved
If your lipstick is a rounded tip to a point:
- Your lovable
- Stubborn
- Family Oriented
If your lipstick is rounded with a smooth tip:
- Easygoing
- Generous
- Likeable
If your lipstick is a flat top:
- You are to the point
- High morals
- Loves challenges
If your lipstick is a sharp-angled tip:
- Opinionated
- Outgoing
- Likes attention
If your lipstick is a flat top concave:
- Makes friends easily
- Complex
- Adventurous
If you lipstick is a sharp angled, curved
tip:
- Creative
- Energetic
- Falls in Love Easily
If your lipstick is sharp angles on both
sides:
- Spiritual
- Mysterious
- Loves life
My lipstick shape is a flat top which according to the chart means that I am of high morals, loves challenges and is to the the point. Whether or not these traits are true, I find the idea that
the shape of your lipstick being able to define ones personality to be really
fun and interesting. What do you think?
